Information you choose to share

When you request a demo or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, service interests, and any details you include in your message.

If you tick the text-message box on our contact form, we also record that you agreed, the wording you agreed to, and when you submitted the form. The box is unticked by default and your request goes through whether you tick it or not.

Do not submit confidential customer records, payment information, health information, or other sensitive material through the demo form.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, prepare a relevant demonstration, communicate about services you asked about, maintain our records, prevent abuse, and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile information and text messaging

This section covers the phone number you give us and your agreement to receive text messages from us.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We text you only about a request or appointment you already started with us — confirmations, reminders, and replies to questions you sent us. We do not send marketing campaigns by text. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help.

Service providers and analytics

The demo form is processed through Activepieces and routes your inquiry to our business email and a Google Sheet for follow-up. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, and text messages are sent through our messaging provider. These providers act only on our instructions and may not use your information — including text-message opt-in data — for their own marketing.

Google Analytics is used to understand page visits and actions such as demo-button clicks, phone-link clicks, and successful form submissions. We do not use this website to make automated decisions about you.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain business records, and meet legal or security obligations.

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted by emailing hello@mvpsites.com or calling (313) 351-3939. Tell us what you sent and we will confirm when it is removed. We may retain information when required for legal, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

Text-message opt-in and opt-out records are one exception we keep: when you reply STOP we have to remember that you stopped, so we can prove we honored it and never text you again by mistake.

Security and policy changes

We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this policy as the website and our services change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
